    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 354--A Bill to amend and reenact §3-10-7 and §3-10-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to vacancies in offices of county commissioner, clerk of the county commission, prosecuting attorney, sheriff, assessor and surveyor; and authorizing a temporary successor appointment for no more than thirty days.
